WHAT IS ADSL?

-Asymetric: things that are not even. The system that we use is asymetric because we downloading more informatión than uploading.

-Digital: The computers are conected with digital information.

-Suscriber: Its a client or consumer.

-Line: We use a RTB (Red Telefónica Básica) network to transmit digital information over an analog enviroment.

Asymetric Digital Suscriber Line is a technology for transmitting digital information.
ADSL is asymmetric in that it uses most of the channel to transmit downstream to the user and only a small part to receive information from the user.
